The Promise FastTrak controllers provide a flexible, cost-effective RAID controller board spanning server, workstation and desktop markets. It supports both SAS and SATA drive types using the latest industry protocols to enhance performance and reliability.
The Promise FastTrak SAS/SATA RAID PCI Express adapter offers a cost-effective solution for implementing a RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, or RAID 10 storage system with up to four high-performance SAS or SATA disk drives.
With its low-profile form-factor, FastTrak PCI Express controller incorporates many of Promise Technology's advanced features. This includes a 64-bit LBA support for logical drives above 2TB with the onboard BIOS automatically identifying and configuring drive types. The Web-based Promise Array Management (WebPAM) software makes for easy installation, configuration and operation. Promise's Metadata on Disk simplifies disaster recovery efforts byu enabling migration to replacement hardware.
